Duration          : 15days / 14nights

Day 01: MAKASSAR

• Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar pick up and transfer to your hotel in Makassar.
• Visit Mr. Bundt’s orchid’s collection (famous Indonesian Orchid garden), Monument Mandala, the Tomb of Sultan Hasanuddin in Gowa.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02: MAKASSAR – SENGKANG

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Depart to Sengkang via Malino and Bantimurung . Malino is a hill resort and it has a spectacular waterfall. Bantimurung is a famous place, for it has magnificent limestone’s waterfalls en beautiful exotic butterflies.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Late afternoon check at the hotel.
• Dinner and overnight .

Day 03: SENGKANG – TORAJA LAND

• Breakfast at hotel. With long boat visiting Tempe lake . The Sulawesi’s largest lake, we will enjoy the beautiful bird wildlife on the lake. Visit local people in their floating houses on the lake.
• After lunch drive via Enrekang to cultural district called “Tana Toraja”. Through the green rice fields, green mountains and original villages.
• Arrive at the hotel late in the afternoon.
• Dinner at restaurant.

Day 04: TORAJA LAND TOUR

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Have Tana Toraja tour with visit Batutumonga, Lempo, Deri, Sangala, Sa’dan, Palawa and Pana. Batutumonga is a spectacular mountain in Toraja land, from the top have the magnificent panorama view of Rantepao and the Sa’dan valley.
• Having  lunch at a local restaurant.
• Return to hotel .

Day 05: WHITE WATER RAFTING TOUR

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Visit Sa’dan River for spectacular white water rafting.
• At the end of the drop  make a 1 hours walk trough the mountains of Tana Toraja. At the edge of the riverbank  get our lifejacket and a pedal and instruction.
• Lunch at the riverbank and after the lunch continue for white water rafting. Return to hotel.
• Dinner and overnight.

Day 06: TORAJA LAND TOUR

• After lunch visit: Londa, Ke’te Kesu, Sangalla, Palatokke, La’bo, Lemo, Buntu Pune and Makula. Lunch at  local restaurant.
• Ke’te Kesu is a famous traditional village with a huge cave full with coffins, scales and bones.
• Find hot springs in Makula and  visit an orphanage where the children playing bamboo music.
• In Londa find Tau Tau’s,the  statue of people who past away. In Londa’s cave, discover the real Toraja culture with an oil lamp!
• Afternoon return to hotel and dinner.

Day 07: TORAJA LAND TOUR

• After  breakfast, go to local buffalo market, the locals try to sale their buffalo’s and pigs for Toraja funeral ceremonies.
• After  lunch, visit a traditional funeral ceremony in Toraja land. This is a most spectacular event in Toraja.
• After the funeral, a short city tour in Rantepao.
• Return for dinner and overnight.

Day 08: TORAJA LAND – MAMASA

• After breakfast, drive to Mamasa.
• This is the only village in the Mamasa Valley. Mamasa is a cool mountain resort which is not that discovered as Toraja  land.
• Late afternoon check in the resort or hotel.
• Dinner, overnight .

 Day 09: MAMASA VALLEY

• After breakfast start the trekking trough the valley.
• Trekking for today will take about 22 km and takes about 8 hours. Easy walks up hill, and have some sharply hills. We passes villages like: Rante Buda, Pa’Kassasan, Lombonan, Tadokalua and Timbaan.
• Late afternoon arrive in the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10: MAMASA VALLEY

• After breakfast, start for second day trekking.
• Today walk trough thge green rice fields and cross rivers.  Also see the  local people during the trekking, also past  the traditional villages.
• The village will past by us a like: Mawai, Tabang, Ponding and Paku.
• Late afternoon arrive at hotel.
• Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: MAMASA VALLEY – MAKALE

• After breakfast start at the final day of the trekking.
• Walk three hours trough rice fields and mountainous to the edge of the valley. The last day trekking  we walk to Bittuang, and get a transfer to Makale from this place.
• Check in the accommodation at late afternoon, dinner and overnight.

Day 12: MAKALE – PANTAI BIRA

• After breakfast start with a long trip to the south.
• Lunch at Watampone (Bone) then go straight to Bira Beach through in the middle of rice fields.
• Check in late at afternoon. Dinner.

Day 13: PANTAI BIRA

• After breakfast, visit the traditional shipbuilding at Tanah Beru or Marumasa. The local’s boat builders use old traditional techniques to craft traditional ships.
• We also try to observe the Frisky monkeys at a cave, but do not disturb them. Lunch at resort or cotages .
• Free at leisure.
• You can enjoy the great white sand beach near your hotel.
• Dinner at the Resort or Cottages.

Day 14: PANTAI BIRA

• Breakfast at hotel.
• On your own leisure have snorkeling or diving program to Pulau Selayar, Marumasa, Pulau Beteng or Pulau Lihukan. See the dolphins swimming near us.
• Lunch and dinner at the resort or cottages.

Day 15: PANTAI BIRA – MAKASSAR

• After breakfast, transfer to the airport of Makassar, for your next destination.
• End of this tour program.
